The work involves the reconstruction and rehabilitation of an existing asphalt concrete roadway, including PCC improvements, cold planing, excavation, subgrade preparation, compaction, placement of hot mix asphalt concrete, curb ramp removal and construction, survey monument frame and cover and manhole ring and cover double adjustments to grade, and striping, legends, pavement markings and delineation. As an additive alternative the project include Cold Central plant recycling (CCPR). The site of the work is located on Various Streets. All work must be completed within One hundred (100) working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
