City of North Las Vegas Water Reclamation Facility located at 2580 N. Betty Lane, Las Vegas, NV, 89156.
Estimate: $3,500,000 to $4,000,000.
The work generally consists of surface preparation, coordination to relocate membrane cassettes, recoating 12 membrane basins at the City of North Las Vegas Water Reclamation Facility, and all other appurtenances as required. The Project shall be completed within 470 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, May 4, 2021. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
