The scope of architectural and engineering services for the roof replacement and lightning protection system shall include, but not be limited to, digital mapping and Building Information Modeling (BIM) services, roof demolition, temporary roofing, Styrene Butadiene Styrene modified bitumen membrane roofing system per MDAD Design Guidelines Manual, flashing and coping replacement, raising conduits and structures, mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, lightning protection, exterior penthouse and building finishes affected by the existing foam roofing application, and other work identified by MDAD project management. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
