The project involves the removal of sediment and repair of a water course damaged during Hurricane Sally (2020). The intent of the County is to: • Excavate and Remove Sediment per plans in order to restore stream channel flow. • Repair riprap at toe of slopes per plans. The work shall be substantially completed within Ninety (90) calendar days from the Commencement Date. The Bidder agrees to fully complete all work included above within One Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
