Bastrop Independent School District is accepting sealed proposals for construction services from contractors possessing the proper knowledge and experience to perform work including, but not limited to, new construction, repairs in portable buildings, concrete work, electrical work, drywall new and repair including tape, float, and texture; carpentry wood work including framing, foundation joist repair, lighting, doors, overhead doors, hardware, roofing, painting, parking lot construction and repair, striping, plumbing, HVAC, commercial building glass, building entryway awnings, canopies, fencing, power washing, minor construction, insulation, flooring and landscaping services. Services may include all work efforts necessary to complete a project including parts, equipment, labor, materials and lifts to repair or replace issues at any district facilities. Contract period shall be from date of award through October 31, 2023, with the option to extend the contract for three (3) additional one-year periods if service is satisfactory.
