The project includes approximately 40,065 gross square feet to serve as an elderly housing for 34 residents in Cambridge MA located at 86 Otis St, Cambridge MA. The project will include the renovation of 32 one-bed units and 2 two-bed units including gut renovation of kitchen and bathroom, energy efficiency upgrades to exterior envelope and mechanical systems, masonry façade repairs and repointing, replacement of 5-stop elevator, replacement of electrical gear and distribution, replacement lighting and fire alarm system, and new accessible entrance ramps and stairs with a restoration of paving after new site utility installations. Sub-bids will be received until April 14, 2021 at 1:00pm. Sub trades include Masonry, Waterproofing Damproofing and Caulking, Roofing and Flashing, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Floors, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC.
