The Project consists of: Modernization of the Lakeview Avenue Elderly Development. Work to include full renovation of kitchens and baths, conversion of (1) existing unit to be ADA compliant, new ADA unit addition, electrical upgrades, site work and landscape improvements. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of General Building Construction. Last day fo rwritten questions for general bids is February 9, 2022 by 12:00pm. Filed sub bids will be received until February 1, 2022 at 10:00am. Sub trades include Masonry, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, and Electrical. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement. Deadline for written questions for sub bids is January 26, 2022 by 12:00pm. MBE/WBE goal is 13%.
