The project consists of approximately 502.4 linear feet of channel reconstruction for Monument Creek west of the culmination of Talamine Court. Work includes, but is not limited to; import, hauling and placement of fill material, grouted boulders, grouted riprap, erosion control coil mat, inlet, pipe, grading, seeding and restoration. The project is located in the City of Colorado Springs owned property located to the east of Goose Gassage Park within Monument Creek. An Erosion Control Plan and Narrative must be prepared by the Contractor and a permit approved by the City of Colorado Springs Stormwater Enterprise must be obtained prior to construction commencement in compliance with the updated rules and procedures effective January 11, 2021. The project must be completed no later than 120 days from Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
