Bidders that must be pre-qualified by the Owner include the Lease Lease-Back Contractors.This project is for subcontractors for the Moren ES Replacement. DVBE goals. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.Bid documents will be sent to Subcontractors through Procore upon request; contact karen@neffcon.com
