Contractor agrees to provide the California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) with a Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) as well as, maintenance and repair services for the Pure-Pak ® packaging machines utilized by the Food & Beverage Packaging Enterprise located at the California Institution for Men (CIM) in Chino, California. A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to perform services. Term is 2 years with one, one-year, renewal option. DBE incentives.
