To provide all labor, equipment and materials essential to provide annual maintenance (inspection, testing, and repairs) of two (2) York Chillers (water cooled screw and water cooled centrifugal) in order to give maximum assurance that equipment will operate reliably, effectively and safely. The contractor is to provide a thorough examination and any necessary repair, replacement and/or installation of equipment components for the two (2) York Chillers located at: Cal OES Mather HQ 3650 Schriever Ave, Mather, CA. Term is 10/15/21 through 10/14/23. Questions due 10/19/21.
