Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Repair Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, travel, and incidentals required to maintain and/or replace HVAC systems on Caltrans-owned properties. 2.
