The City of Beverly Hills is seeking to enter into an agreement with a qualified and experienced property maintenance company to provide maintenance at the City’s leased properties and to provide excellent customer response to tenants’ requests. The City’s portfolio includes approximately 60 tenant spaces: 24 lease spaces in nine standalone tenant buildings and 31 leased spaces and five vitrines associated in eight mixed-use municipal parking structures. (Refer to Appendix I, City Maps and Matrix of Ongoing/Regular Maintenance at Leased Spaces, for a comprehensive list of tenants and respective structures. Term is two to five years. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
