The Town is issuing a request for proposals (RFP), to provide trash and recyclable material collection services to residents and businesses of the Town. The date of full implementation is March 1, 2023, when the current services agreement will expire. The Town believes in establishing and maintaining a high level of customer service. The Town seeks to provide services that reduce the individual household cost to dispose of refuse, help citizens decrease the amount of solid waste sent to landfills, increase waste reduction and recycling practices, and reduce the volume of heavy truck traffic on the Town’s residential roads. Term is one year with up to four renewal options. Questions due 9/26/22. Bonds required.
