City of Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority, hereinafter referred to as RRHA, will accept sealed bids for Project Number 220701 Natural Gas Infrastructure Improvements for Bluestone Park, AMP 259. Work includes, but is not limited to: removal and disposal of rock from trench excavations, furnishing and installing sleeve for new gas piping, replacement of approximately 600 feet of concrete sidewalk, and remaining work items for making improvements to natural gas infrastructure for Bluestone Park. Questions due by 1pm, 10/4/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
