This project consists of renovations to the existing New Braunfels High School Baseball Field for the New Braunfels Independent School District located in New Braunfels, Texas. The project site is located at 2551 Loop 337, New Braunfels, Texas 78130. The scope of work included at the High School Baseball Field consists of demolition and replacement of the existing bleachers, demolition and redesign of the existing concession / pressbox building, and rework of the area’s walkways, sidewalks and fencing as shown in the drawings. The work also includes alternates for new ticket booth construction for both the existing New Braunfels High School Baseball and Softball field. Bleachers/Grandstand are furnished by the Owner for install and coordination by awarded Contractor as shown in the drawings; Bleacher/Grandstand foundation to be furnished and installed.
