Dinwiddie County seeks quotes from qualified contractors to provide a new transaction counter and glass partitions at the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office of the Courthouse. A. Scope of Work: 1. Location: Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, Courthouse, 14008 Boydton Plank Rd, Dinwiddie, VA 23841. 2. See attached drawings from Summit Design dated June 17, 2022. 3. Demolition of existing cabinetry and countertops. 4. Install new cabinets. 5. Install new countertops. 6. Install glass partitions. 7. Any electrical work needed will be done by the County and not by the Contractor. 8. Any touch up painting needed will be done by the County. 9. Finishes shall be the following, substitutions will be allowed: i. Nevamar Pure Spun Yarn, YSN002T Laminate ii. Nevamar Rush, FS6001T Laminate iii. Countertops shall be Dupont Corian Witch Hazel 10. Note: Vendors may submit quotes for one or both parts of this project. Questions due 3 days prior to bid date. Bonds required.
