This project consists of pedestrian improvements to Ross and Dale Avenue in the City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. The limits of construction, which includes all side street connections, are: Ross Avenue from Eastman Avenue to Dale Avenue Dale Avenue from Ross Avenue to Ellerslie Avenue. The SRTS North Elementary Phase 1 project consists of roadway and pedestrian improvements including, but not limited to, modified travel lanes, utility relocations, storm drain system, sidewalks and curb ramps with detectable warning surfaces. Once the notice to proceed has been given by the City, all work on this project must be completed in 90 calendar days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
