The City of Brighton’s Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a Design Build Team to replace the playground, surface and install proper drainage for the playground and surfacing at Observatory Park. The City is requesting bids for the design of a new playground, the removal of the old playground, surfacing, and all earthwork required, and the procurement and installation of the new playground system, surfacing, drainage and concrete work needed. Observatory Park is located at 795 S 22nd Ave. in Brighton. The existing playground is a post and platform style with Engineered Wood Fiber surfacing with concrete border. It has a concrete sidewalk and ramp leading into the playground. Bonds required.
