The scope includes the demolition of the old Firgrove Elementary school buildings 1 & 2, including portables, and associated utilities. The existing parking and covered play structure will be retained to support the new Firgrove Elementary school and School District operations. Site restoration will include grass, plantings, security fencing, benches, and walking paths. Informational signage will be installed by the School District to commemorate the history of the original Firgrove schoolhouse. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
