The City is seeking construction management and inspection services in support of various Water Division Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) and development projects. The City intends to select two (2) to four (4) Respondents to perform professional services on an “on-call” basis. While this RFP is focused on services for the Water Division, the City intends that the Agreement’s scope will be broad enough to allow services to be provided for the Solid Waste and Recycling Division and for other City Departments if appropriate.
