On-Call Maintenance, Repair & Inspection Services for various licensed specialties for Buildings, Facilities, Sites, Mechanical, and Safety as follows: Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, HVAC, Roof Gutter, Roofing, Flooring, Carpeting, Janitorial Supply & Equipment, Flood/Fire Damage Remediation & Repair, Tool & Equipment Rental, Electrical Motor & Pump, Pest Control, Fencing Installation and Repair, Temporary Traffic Control Devices, Well Drilling and Abandonment Services, Laboratory Testing, Geotechnical Analysis and Reporting, Septic System Repair, Monitoring and Pumping, CASp Inspection, Non-OEM Vehicle, Non-OEM Heavy Equipment, Tool and Equipment Rental, Disaster / Emergency Food Supply, Protective Equipment & Supplies The proposal should include the following minimum requirements in a signed letter: (1) Indicate the specialty trade(s) of interest; (2) Acknowledge you are able to provide County Insurance Requirements; (3) Acknowledge you are able to provide State Prevailing Wage Requirements; (4) Your Contractor’s License number(s), contact information. Bonds required for some projects.
