The University of Maryland, Baltimore is requesting proposals from firms to provide On-Call Mechanical Services. The services will primarily involve maintenance work on a variety of mechanical systems throughout campus however at the University’s sole discretion, the resulting contracts may be used for, but not limited to, larger mechanical maintenance projects, staff augmentation of the UMB workforce, purchases of mechanical equipment to be installed by UMB’s staff, and/or installation of UMB provided equipment purchased from another source. The initial term for the contract will be three (3) years with two (2) three-year renewal options. Q&A due by 5pm, 6/22/21. Prevailing wages apply.
