Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking on-call plumbing services for one-year with the option to renew agreement, under the same terms and conditions, for two additional one-year terms. Typical Plumbing work to be performed for the District may include, but is not limited to the following: Replace any plumbing piping, fittings, or valves. • Repair or replace plumbing and fixtures to meet current codes including, but not limited to sinks, showers, toilets, urinals, hot water heaters, well pumps, holding tanks. • Clean and unclog drains. • Ability to inspect drains via camera. • Installation, repairs, or modification to water, sewer, and drain lines. • Other types of repairs and services may be required. • See Exhibit E for District facility locations. In limited circumstances, the District may require “24-hour” on-call emergency services. Questions are due April 2nd. Prevailing wages apply.
