The City desires to enter into an agreement with one or more well and pump contractors which will provide the City with maintenance and repair of City ground water production wells on an "on-call" basis for the Water Resources Department. Assignments are expected to begin with very short notice, which may be during weekends and nights. Typical services include, but are not limited to, installation, inspection, cleaning, repair, modification, and/or replacement of water wells and pumps. Such infrastructure may include, but is not limited to, pump motors, pump bowls, pump bearings and housing shafts, pump shafts, pump and motor coupling seals, electrical connections, water flow meters, hour meters, well discharge piping, and well casings. Projects will be non-federally funded. The term of the agreement(s) shall be from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025, unless otherwise modified by amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing at least 7 calendar days prior to the bid due date and time. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
