It is the intent of this proposal that the Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, service, chemicals, fuel, and incidentals for a complete job in conformance with proposal documents. 1. High School Football fields are included in the lawn care maintenance scope of work. See attached site plans for areas included in Athletic Fields Contract. 2. When viewing sites, base price is on areas that are presently being maintained. Contractors must survey the sites and verify quantities to mow. Contractors must list all sub-contractors. Contractor will have full responsibility for his sub-contractors. The bid period shall be one year from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. The bid shall remain firm for one year. At the end of each bid year from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, the bid will automatically be renewed if neither party submits a written request for termination or renegotiation. Either must be notified in writing with such request at least sixty (60) days prior to the last day of the current yearly agreement period if negotiation is proposed. Upon agreement by both parties, the bid may be renewed annually to extend for 3 years through June 30, 2026. Questions via email to Owner at least 5 days before proposals are due. Bonds required.
