Scope of Services: The Bidder will provide Lawn Care and Maintenance Services for CCPS and facilities on an as needed basis in accordance with this IFB and in accordance with Attachment A, Scope of Services and Specifications, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Bidder must have three (3) years of experience providing Lawn Care and Maintenance Services for a school district, college/university or any other governmental organization similar in size to CCPS. The Contract shall commence within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of written Notice to Proceed (NTP). The initial term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year, and may be automatically renewed for two (2) successive one (1) year terms upon the same terms and conditions.
