Placer County is soliciting competitive bids for the purchase of planned maintenance and on-call repair services for overhead doors, roll-up doors, kitchen doors, counter doors, fire doors, grilles, and gates at various Placer County facilities throughout Western and Eastern Placer County on behalf of the Department Facilities Management, Department of Public Works’ Fleet Services, Transit/TART, and Road Maintenance divisions, and the Placer County Fire Department. This solicitation shall result in the award of one or more Supplier Contracts (Contracts) in the maximum aggregate annual amount of $100,000 for an approximate initial one-year term with possible annual renewals. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Sept 26th. The successful bidder shall not subcontract any portion of the work to be performed under the resulting agreement without prior approval from the County department. Prevailing wages.
