parking lot site at the corner of Fourth Street and Center Street, 398 W. Center St., Yreka . To comply with COVID-19 safety recommendations, prospective bidders and City staff shall maintain proper social distancing during the pre-bid meeting.
Estimate: $60,000
The Project involves two (2) City parking lots and the work includes, but is not limited to, performing the following: Remove and replace approximately 2500 SF of asphalt with 6” of aggregate base and 3” of A/C paving. Skim patch approximately 28,500 SF of existing pavement with 3/8” A/C paving. Double chip seal or fog seal a total of approximately 31,500 SF of parking lot surface.Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
