Work includes • Furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise noted) necessary for the construction of fiber optic extensions in Pomeroy and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) construction in Pataha • Completing and complying with all permitting as required • Completing all make-ready work as noted in the bid documents • Known utility owners include: NoaNet, City of Pomeroy Public Works, Garfield County Public Works, Pacific Power & Light, Lumen and the Port of Garfield. The contractor is responsible for confirming all utility owners and locate procedures. The entire project must be completed by January 31, 2023. Weather days are allowed. Every request for interpretation or clarification should be submitted in writing to: Port of Garfield 141 West High Drive, Pomeroy, Washington, 99347 Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
