The work to be completed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the rehabilitation of sanitary sewers primarily with in the right-of-way of County roads in Meter Basin 7 of the Patapsco Sewershed. Work includes, but is not limited to; mobilization; clearing and grubbing; demolition if required; cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) pipe lining of approximately 73,525 LF of 8-inch through 15-inch sewer; rehabilitation of approximately 3,780 VF of manholes with cementitious coating, approximately 70 LF of 8-inch through 15-inch excavated/open cut point repairs, maintenance of traffic; all related excavation, shoring, dewatering, backfill; base and surface pavement replacement related to excavated point repairs; landscaping and restoration of all disturbed surfaces; erosion and sediment control as required; testing; demobilization; permits; and all other work shown on the contract drawings and specified in the contract documents and as required to complete the project in its entirety. The work in this Contract shall be completed within three hundred sixty-five days (365) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Questions due 5 days prior to bid date. MBE documentation required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
