The Perdido Bay Boat Ramp Project is a single-phase project located in southwest Escambia County Florida on Perdido Bay. The project will include construction of a two-lane concrete boat ramp with connecting piers, approximate 3000 linear foot dredged access channel with channel markers, dredge spoils decanting basin and disposal area, asphalt entrance drive with parking for 62 vehicle-trailer combinations, and 22 standard vehicle parking spaces, concrete picnic pavilion with two tables, decorative CMU portable toilet enclosure, concrete sidewalks, three primitive camping platforms, 746 linear feet of 14”X23” elliptical, 18” and 24” reinforced concrete pipe. The work shall be substantially completed within Three Hundred Thirty five (335) calendar days from the Commencement Date. The Bidder agrees to fully complete all work included above within Three Hundred sixty -five (365 consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
