The scope of work consists of the reconstruction of Marsh Drive from Hendrix Drive to Paige Road and John Yates Drive from Strickland Avenue to Nash Drive. Water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements are provided at various locations of the project. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, preparation of right-of-way, traffic control, approximately 8,719 SY of 6 thick reinforced concrete pavement on flex base subgrade, approximately 13,743 SF of 4-inch thick reinforced concrete sidewalks, approximately 1,151 LF of 24-inch to 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe, 796 LF of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer, 2,337 LF of 8-inch water line, and any other work deemed necessary by the City of The Colony.
