The City of Santa Monica is seeking at least one (1) qualified plumbing contractor to provide citywide plumbing contractor services at various City facilities. Work may include, but is not limited to, water, sewer and gas line repairs, excavations, re-piping, and replacements, installations and repairs of various plumbing fixtures. Jobs shall be quoted individually and requested as required. Most work will generally take place during daytime working hours; however, short-notice or weekend work may be necessary. It is desirable that contractors have the ability to respond to same-day and after-hours work requests. Questions due 9/20/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
