The County of Orange solicits competitive bids for as-needed plumbing maintenance services for various Sheriff Department facilities in the City of Orange. As-Needed plumbing maintenance services, in general, include but not limited to Leak Detection and Repair, Drain Cleaning and Scoping, Pump Out Services, and General Plumbing Inspections, as-needed Repairs and Maintenance. In addition to scheduled maintenance and planned corrective repairs, County requires emergency services be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year. Questions are due by 4:00 PM on June 22nd. Contract duration is 3 years with 2 annual renewals. Bonds required.
