The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a qualified firm or individual to provide services for replastering and repairing of the Municipal Pool. The general scope of this project consists of removing and replacing with new, all coping units, waterline tiles, skimmer coat tiles, special tiles (depth makers, “No Diving”, “Bench Below” types), all racing lane tile, Tile end lane targets, white plastic cup anchors w/stainless steel bars, etc. Inspect and repair cracks in the beam to the extent of depth of loose materials encountered, and total re-plaster white coat for both pools. The pool will be available to begin working starting September 6, 2022 and must be completed by November 10, 2022. However, no work can be done October 12 through Monday, October 17, 2022. Ideally, this project should be completed between September 7 and October 12, 2022. Bonds required.
