Project description: 1. Remove and dispose of the existing roof membrane down to the existing plywood deck. 2. Install new base sheet, rigid polyisocyanurate insulation (R-38), and coverboard. Mechanically fasten the first layer of insulation and fully adhere the subsequent layers. 3. Install new modified bituminous membrane roofing. 4. Install new sheet metal flashings and parapet coping. 5. Prepare roof for future structural seismic upgrades. 6. Final cleaning of all affected surfaces both within and adjacent to the work site.
