Project Description: Project Description/Base Bid: Base bid to include full demolition and rebuild of existing stair and ramp systems on both; NE and SW corners of the facility. Work also includes excavation to expose the existing foundations and install a waterproofing system and re-landscaping in these areas. Substantial completion for base bid scope will be October 15th, 2021. If alternates are awarded we will adjust this date accordingly. Additive Alternates: Alternate #1 – Demolition and reconstruction of existing ADA ramps and handrails at the facility main entrance. Scope to also include the addition of truncated dome warning strips in existing sidewalks. Alternate #2 – Excavation of existing foundation on south side of building, installation of the specified waterproofing system, back fill and compact to spec and re-landscape as specified in the project plans. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Prequalification required.
