The Department of Corrections is looking to have a full re-balance of the existing hydronic systems throughout the Henry’s Complex. The Contractor will need to provide BAS control manipulation to accommodate the re-balance and re-commissioning efforts, make needed corrections, and/or adjustments as discovered through the process. The Contractor will need to coordinate efforts with the State’s 3rd party Commissioning Agency (Solarc Energy Group) for functional performance testing, resolving issues, documentation, training, etc. Bonds required.
