The city of Coral Springs intends to replace fire station 64 in its entirety and expand Kiwanis Park on existing fire station #64 site. Manpower and equipment for existing fire station 64 will remain on site an active throughout the entire construction process of the new station. General Contractors with relative experience constructing similar projects within the last 5 years are encouraged to submit the qualifications for construction. This project comprises the demolition and mitigation of existing trees on northeast side Kiwanis park to construct a new prototype fire station with associated site work similar to the existing Coral Spring Fire Stations #43 & #95. The only difference between this building and prototype station is the living quarters will be facing the canal side therefore station will be flipped.
