Harford County Division of Water & Sewer is seeking qualified Construction Contractors for the Sod Run Wastewater Treatment Plant Primary Clarifiers / UV Disinfection / Digester Upgrade Project. The work is located at 1212 Chelsea Rd, Perryman, Maryland 21130. The Project includes upgrades to three (3) separate unit processes at the Sod Run Wastewater Treatment Plant that will be constructed concurrently and cannot interfere with the daily operation of the facility. All prospective Contractors for Bid No. 23-040 must complete an application for special prequalification. Only applicants that have been pre-qualified in accordance with this Special Prequalification will receive bidding documents and be allowed to submit a response for the upcoming Invitation for Bid. Harford County intends to complete the prequalification process by October 2022. Distribution of bidding documents is scheduled for November 2022. This schedule is subject to change. Questions due September 8, 2022, by 5:00pm. Bonds required.
