Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) on behalf of the Housing Authority of the City of Sacramento, the Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento (HA) and SHARP, is soliciting for a qualified contractor to provide services that include, but are not limited to routine and emergency inspections, monitoring, maintenance and repair of: Domestic Water Heaters, Domestic Pumping Systems & Controls, Make-Up Air Units, Fan Coils, Gas Heat Exchangers, Exhaust Systems, Outside Air Economizers, Domestic Building Lighting Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems, Solar Arrays, Solar Thermals, Battery Inverters, Water Treatment, Building EMS Systems, Generators, and HVAC Systems & Boilers. Services apply to seventeen (17) properties in downtown Sacramento which are outlined in detail in the Building Systems Maintenance Schedule on Attachment F. Project duration is 12 months with 4 options years to renew. Questions due by Aug 31st @ 12:00 PM. Prevailing wages apply.
