The City of Hagerstown is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of various types of ready-mix concrete on an as-needed basis. Delivery locations include, but are not limited to, areas within City limits, as well as Water and Wastewater service areas outside of City limits. All materials, batching equipment and truck mixers shall comply with Maryland State Highway Administration specifications. All quoted prices shall be valid for the contract period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
