Manages all phases of work, coordinates, and supervises projects associated with the planning and preliminary engineering, design and permitting, bidding construction, renovation, maintenance, administration and operation of City infrastructure, facilities, and systems, manages project scope, schedule, and budget. Closely monitors scope, schedule, and budget and reports on projects status. Understands the project’s goals and intent and represents the City in leading the project team to achieve the goals. Coordinates between consulting engineers, contractors and City staff, Clean Water 2020 program staff, and other City departments as needed to progress projects based on their specific scope, schedule, and budget. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
