The Forsyth County Public Library is issuing this Request for Qualifications for General Contractors interested in providing General Construction Services to construct the new Denmark Library. The scope of the Denmark Library project is for the construction of a proposed 22,509SF one story type IIB construction building (conventionally framed steel with long span roof decking) approximately 16’-6”in height. The proposed building will be located at 530 Fowler Rd, Alpharetta, Ga 30004. The site is 9.5 acres. In addition to utility and pad preparation for the building, sitework will include modifications for parking, stormwater management, and outdoor activity areas. Questions are due via email by 10/26/2022, 5:00pm. Bonds required.
