A. Performance of all tasks specified in the contract documents shall be the responsibility of the contractor unless specified otherwise. B. Wet Sealing Curtainwall Windows and Doors: Remove and replace all perimeter sealant joints and glazing seals at curtainwall areas. Remove vinyl glazing sealants and wet seal glass to frame joints. Install new thresholds at doorways. C. Operable Window Sealing: Permanently seal all operable windows. D. Precast Concrete Panels: Remove existing vertical and horizontal sealant joint and install double layer of backer rod and sealant. Remove soil at grade to access existing sealant joint at below grade joints. Seal all existing penetrations. E. Louver Assemblies: Remove and replace sealant joint around perimeter of existing louvers. Install new rain diverters above. F. Hollow Metal Doors: Remove and replace sealant joints around perimeter. Install new thresholds. Scrape and paint door assemblies. Install new rain diverters above. G. Stucco Wall Assembly: Patch existing stucco cracks and coat existing stucco. H. Coping and Overflow Scuppers: Remove and replace all sealant joints.
