he work will consists of the removal from service of the existing two (2) 15,000 gallon underground fuel storage tanks and the installation of (1) one 15,000 gallon above ground diesel fuel storage tank and (1) one 12,000 gallon above ground gasoline fuel storage tank. Submission of an original Bid Bond (copy not acceptable) completed and signed by all required parties and submitted on the form provided in Exhibit 1 to the Bid Proposal (Part D), or in the alternative, a Certified Check, or a Cashier's Check shall be required to accompany each bid proposal in a stated dollar amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the sum of the computed total amount of the Bidder's Base Bid proposal. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
