Work to be performed under Contract No. B053 includes furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and other facilities required by the Contract Documents for reconstruction of PVSC’s Substation M and Headworks located at 600 Wilson Boulevard in Newark, New Jersey. Work includes, but is not limited to, sequenced construction of Part 1 (new electrical Substation M, construction of new Interim Motor Control Centers, construction of Incinerator Building supplemental foundations, construction of new power distribution systems to several existing PVSC facilities, demolition of existing Substation M, construction of a new concrete-encased electrical ductbank system, relocation of an existing 600 kw generator, furnishing and operation of temporary generators, site and utility work) and Part 2 (a new Headworks Facility, sequenced demolition of the existing Headworks Facility, construction of a Support Building, demolition of the existing Incinerator Building, site and utility work).
