The project includes new construction of a 2-story 28,900 square foot Office Building, 11,630 square foot Warehouse, 29,260 square foot Loading Dock, 2,250 square foot pre-engineered Heated Parking building and 1,830 square foot Fuel Island. Initial site infrastructure development was completed in 2021. The location of the work is at 17601 59th Ave NE, in the City of Arlington.
