The County of Tulare hereby solicits Proposals from tower firms to design and construct radio towers at multiple locations for the Tulare County Information Technology Department (TCiCT). The County is seeking proposals for professional design and construction services and equipment necessary for the design and construction of Radio Towers at multiple County locations. The project shall include design and construction of multiple radio towers at multiple locations throughout Tulare County. The radio towers will provide infrastructure support of County radio communications, high speed County intranet communication, and future capabilities such as simulcast. The tower heights will range in height from 100' to 140' depending on the tower location. The selected tower firm shall provide engineering for foundation and tower design. The selected firm shall also supply and complete the erection of the towers. Tower locations and requirements are included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) packet. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
